Floating Concrete Breakwater

The logical protection for estuaries and semi-sheltered bays

The boats are a valuable asset that can not be compromised happily moored in the water bodies that do not meet conditions of controlled stirring in all weather conditions.
But developers and port managers are often sites to which they could draw an interesting economic performance if it were not for certain days of the year wind or passing vessels at high speed makes them impractical as safe mooring.
Floating breakwaters are the solution to create shelters in places where this kind of short waves due to wind or passage of vessels occur.
This typically happens in large natural harbors or ports where there are areas that do not meet by themselves set the standards of agitation ( wave height of less than 30 cm ).
Also, the fact that they are floating and therefore are fixed to the bottom as pontoons, makes its environmental impact is small and therefore the simplest procedures for land permits and authorizations.
