An artificial island in the sea to solve the new challenges of Offshore

The project consists of the adaptation of offshore floating structures that have developed over 20 years in the field of aquaculture for use in areas generating renewable energy at sea. Several functions have been identified for the platform and the idea that the new design would be able to accommodate all by small changes in the sizing and load distribution. Possible functions. – Offshore transformer substation, transformers to accommodate changing voltage generators the right to evacuation to the substation earth. – Torre measuring offshore wind resource. – Logistical support platform crane housing, Stores, workshops, shed bottles to refill diver, welding and cutting tools, etc.. – Hosting platform generators ( urdimotriz or eólica ).
